Service Rates conditions.
Because usage is billing in full minute
increments, rounded up to the next full minute, the actual number of minutes available to
a customer in a given plan will vary. Unused monthly included minutes cannot be carried
over to the next month. Airtime rates apply to bother outgoing and incoming calls. Long
distance and roaming charges are applicable in addition to the per minute AT&T Digital
PCS Features Area usage rates provided. AT&T Wireless Services does not charge you
airtime if the number you are calling is busy or does not answer and if you are calling
from within our AT&T Digital PCS Features Area. Outside this area, charges may apply
for busy or unanswered calls. Rates are charged from the time you press SEND on your
wireless phone to the time you disconnect the call by pressing END. (Depending on your
phone, the SEND and END buttons may be labeled differently). Other calling plans
available. A cancellation Charge of $200 per wireless number shall apply to early
termination of a one-year Plan unless canceled within the first 30 days of service. Rates
are subject to change. A Start of Service Charge may apply. Actual coverage will vary.
Coverage area subject to change. Roaming airtime charges are normally incurred when your
wireless phone operates outside the Home Rate Area. All roaming airtime charges described
here are available only when you are using an A-side carrier in the AT&T Wireless
Services network. For NY, NJ market: Long
Distance charges may apply when calling from Fairfield county. Home Rates apply when you
operate on the "A" carrier system (AT&T Wireless Services system) in the
Home rate and Expanded home rate area. Availability and reliability of service, among
other things are subject to radio transmission limitations caused by customer's equipment,
atmospheric conditions and terrain. Your ROAM light will illuminate in Fairfield,
Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex and Monmouth Counties. Outgoing calls require using the area
code, except in Hunterdon County. Service outside the AT&T Wireless Services Home Rate
Area and in Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, and Fairfield counties is provided by other
wireless service carriers. AT&T Digital Voice privacy area is currently in Manhattan,
Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Hudson County and parts of Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester,
Rockland, Essex, Bergen, Passaic, Morris, and Union Counties. Outside the AT&T Digital
Voice Privacy Area your phone will operate on a non-digital voice signal. Wireless airtime
for calls made from Boston, MA to Washington, D.C. are billed at home rates even though
you ROAM light may illuminate in some areas where service is provided by other carriers.
AT&T Wireless Services does not charge you if the number you are calling is busy or
does not answer and if you are calling from within our Home Rate Area, or Litchfield
County (but excluding Fairfield Mercer, Middlesex and Monmouth Counties). Outside this
area, charges may apply for busy or unanswered calls.
